Committee Objectives

1- Implement the college's policy for postgraduate study programs.
2- Provide an outstanding scientific environment that helps faculty members in developing postgraduate students' skills and knowledge.
3- Develop postgraduate students' understanding of scientific research methods and techniques, supporting their study-related research..
4- Create a stimulating scientific environment that improves the quality of published scientific research.
5- Provide training courses to support research and scientific publishing in the department.
6- Establish a database of the department's annually published scientific research.

Committee Tasks
1- Prepare the operational plan for the committee according to the specified models.
2- Propose the development and establishment of new postgraduate programs in response to labor market needs.
3- Coordinate with the Dean of Scientific Research and University Research Centers and Studies through the college's specialized deputy, to conduct research and provide appropriate support.
4- Encourage faculty members to submit research proposals to supporting entities.
5- Review research proposals from faculty members, ensuring alignment with the department's research interests and objectives.
6- Assess postgraduate students' research proposal for compliance with research methodologies and relevance to the department's research interests.
7- Encourage faculty members to publish their research in internationally classified scientific journals.
8- Providing necessary support to teaching assistants pursuing studies at academically distinguished universities.
9- Prepare follow-up reports and the annual report on the implementation of the operational plan.
