Authorities Held by  the College's  College Vice Dean for Development and Quality

1. Having the authority to nominate and recommend the appointment of officials for units and committees. 
2. Making communication internally and externally within and outside the university regarding the Units' scope and jurisdiction with the approval of the College Dean.
3. Having the power to issue decisions internally necessary for the smooth functioning of the Unit and its relevant committees in accordance with regulations and policies set out by the university and the Ministry of Education.
4. Approving expenditures from the Unit's budget and fund in accordance with the governing regulations.
5. Nomination for Training Courses: Nominate college staff to attend training courses in coordination with department heads.
6. Having the authority to approve training courses for college staff and employees.
7. Approving regular and emergency leaves for staff in units under the agency, excluding faculty members. Notify the administration to complete the necessary procedural steps.
