he Roles of the College Vice Dean for Development and Quality

1. Establishing the Concept of Quality through efforts  to  instil the concept of quality and disseminate its culture throughout the college.   
2. Assisting the Head of the Development and Quality Unit (College Dean) in all tasks related to enhancing quality and development within the college.  
3.  Acting in the Absence of the Head of the Unit by  undertaking  the responsibilities of the Head of the Development and Quality Unit in cases of their absence.
4. Coordination Between College  divisions male and female sections  and distribute responsibilities when implementing the development and quality plans.   
5. Evaluating  the performance of the Development and Quality Unit's coordinators and committees in the college, and  submitting  evaluations  produced to the College Dean.
