The Institutional communication and Media Committee

Introduction to the Committee
The Institutional communication and Media Committee works to publicize the activities of the College, disseminate its news in various media in coordination with the University's Department of Institutional Communication and Media, organize the reception of delegations to the College, supervise the College's website, and follow up the organization of meetings and conferences within the College.

Committee's objectives
1. Highlight the role played by the faculty's management, departments, and committees on the media side.
2. Documentation of events and events in the college.

Functions of the Committee
1. Coverage of the College's media and social media events, activities, and programs.
2. Organizing the College's programs of conferences, seminars, and various scientific events.
3. Organization of delegations' visits to the College.
4. Coordinating the College's relations with the public within and outside the University.
5. Preparation of periodic information reports on the faculty's departments and departments.
6. Coordination with the faculty's departments and scientific departments of what is intended to be disseminated by the media before publication.
7. Issuance of the College's brochures and
brochures of programs.
8. Follow up on updating the College's website and updating the files.
9. Design and disseminate on the website comprehensive electronic reports on training programmes and photo-supported seminars.
10. Documenting and disseminating the achievemen
ts of the scientific departments and their staff on the College's website in coordination with the departments.
11. Follow-up the publication of the College's announcements on the website and contact various departments and units to arrange their announcements.
12. To prepare an annual report on the Unit's work, achievements, and proposals leading to its development and improved performance.
13. Documentation of the College's events through speech, voice, and image and archiving them in organized records.
14. Supervising the advertising of the screens distributed in the college and coordinating with the various authorities in the college about what is published through it.

15. Introducing The College's outreach and activities to some delegations and visitors through the presentation of available information materials.
16. Preparation of a plan to organize social and cultural meetings and visits of the College's staff to other sectors.
17. Implementation of the Committee's other mandated tasks directed by the Dean of the College.
18. Coordination with the University's Department of Institutional Communication and Information.
