About the Committee
The department seeks, through the formation of this committee, to develop a timeline for cooperative training programs, prepare the organizing rules for that, evaluate the performance of students, and effectively communicate with cooperative training institutions. In addition, the committee is responsible for compiling data and statistics of program graduates and their employment rates, as well as equipping graduates with the necessary skills to compete in the job market through specialized training courses.

Tasks and Powers of the Committee
1- Prepare the annual operational plan for the committee according to specified models, and continuously monitor the implementation of the plan's projects and indicators.
2- Prepare the organizing rules for the cooperative training program, and specify the mechanisms and models for that.
3- Develop a yearly timeline for cooperative training programs in collaboration with external entities.
4- Communicate with external entities and establish channels of communication to achieve the cooperative training plan's objectives.
5- Inform students and training institutions about the objectives, requirements, and evaluation methods of cooperative training.
6- Prepare a quarterly/annual plan for cooperative training programs in coordination with relevant external entities.
7- Communicate effectively with external entities by opening effective channels of communication to achieve the cooperative training plan's objectives.
8- Evaluate the performance of students and the cooperation of cooperative training and take measures to address obstacles that hinder training operations and work to maximize achievements.
9- Analyze data and statistics of program graduates and their employment rates according to data provided by the university's educational affairs agency.
10- Conduct surveys of graduates' opinions, identify areas of developmental and training needs, prepare a plan of activities and training events for graduates, implement it, and equip them with the necessary skills to compete in the job market.
11- Inform graduates about professional organizations and professional exams in their fields of specialization.
12- Inform final year students and graduates about various electronic platforms and means to search for professional training and employment opportunities.
13- Activate communication with college graduates and benefit from their experiences.
14- Prepare the quarterly report for program graduates.
15- Coordinate with the university's educational affairs agency's alumni unit.
16- Prepare follow-up reports and the annual report on the implementation of the operational plan, including the improvement plan for the following year.
17- Accomplish all tasks assigned to the committee, study all matters referred to it, and submit appropriate proposals regarding them.
