Committee of Schedules and Exams
Overview of the Committee
This committee is responsible for preparing and reviewing schedules, preparing semester exam schedules, distributing classrooms and invigilators for the final exams, preparing the final exam report and submitting it to the department council.

Tasks and Powers of the Committee
1- Prepare the annual operational plan of the committee according to the specified models, follow up on the plan's projects and continuously monitor its indicators.
2- Distribute teaching loads and positions to faculty members, lecturers, and teaching assistants, and submit them to the department council or the college council for approval.
3- Review and verify schedules to ensure that courses with a small number of students are not split.
4- Prepare the semester exam schedule and submit it to the department council or the college council for approval.
5- Distribute classrooms and invigilators for the final exams and ensure that the classrooms are equipped with chairs, lighting, and air conditioning.
6- Monitor the attendance of invigilators during exams and provide substitutes in emergency cases.
7- Receive exam questions and student lists from course instructors and deliver them to the committees.
8- Receive answer sheets and verify signatures from exam committees, and deliver them to the course instructor.
9- Provide a daily report on the progress of the final exams and submit it to the department head or the relevant college deputy for approval for colleges with a single program.
10- Provide answer sheets according to the type of exam (automated correction, answer booklet, written answer on paper).
11- Prepare the final exam report and submit it to the department council or the college council for approval.
12- Prepare follow-up reports and the annual report on the implementation of the operational plan, including the improvement plan for the following year.
13- Complete all tasks assigned to the committee, study all matters referred to it, and submit appropriate proposals or make appropriate decisions within the limits of the committee's powers.
