Overview of the Committee

The department seeks, through the formation of this committee, to prepare and create an end-of-program exam according to the specifications schedule to measure the program's learning outcomes, correct the test results, and submit the test report to the department's management. The following are the members and tasks of the committee:
Committee Tasks and Authorities
1- Prepare the annual operational plan for the committee according to the specified models, with continuous monitoring of plan projects and indicators.
2- Prepare the question blueprint to measure the program's learning outcomes in a multiple-choice format.
3- Create the end-of-program exam according to the specifications schedule.
4- Prepare pilot questions to study their difficulty and discrimination coefficients for inclusion in the test question bank.
5- Raise awareness among faculty members and students about the test and its importance.
6- Provide incentives for taking the test (such as recommendation letters and priority thank-you letters for choosing a training location, etc.).
7- Propose a date for holding the test to the department/college council, announce it after approval, and coordinate with the department/college's responsible party for testing affairs.
8- Correct the test results and coordinate with the department/college's responsible party for result evaluation to prepare the item analysis evaluation model.
9- Submit a report on the results to the department/college council for discussion and necessary actions, and submit it to the permanent committee for professional exams and end-of-program exams at the university's educational affairs agency with a copy of the report.
10- Coordinate with the program's development and quality committee to make internal and external result comparisons.
11- Inform the student of the test results after approval by the department head and college dean.
12- Complete any tasks related to the end-of-program exam.
13- Prepare follow-up reports and the annual report on the implementation of the operational plan, including the improvement plan for the following year.
14- Accomplish all tasks assigned to the committee, study all matters referred to it, and submit appropriate proposals regarding them.
