Terms of reference of the Director of Administration.

1. Reply to all transactions received from all administrative units of the university.
2. Preserve and follow up on the faculty's covenant lizards.
3. Certifying the guarantees required by the contractors upon travel, and approving them to the competent authority.
4. Certification of identification certificates for non-faculty college staff and those in their similar positions under the system.
5. Certification of delivery minutes, receipt, requests for disposal of materials, and transfer of custody.
6. Accreditation of the leave of all staff members of the College from administrators, technicians, and researchers after the approval of their immediate director.
