Schedules and Examinations Committee Overview The committee is responsible for preparing, reviewing and auditing schedules, preparing semester examination schedules, distributing exam rooms and invigilators in the final exam schedule, preparing the final examination report, and submitting it to the department council. |

Tasks and Responsibilities of the Committee 1- Prepare the annual operational plan for the committee according to specified Models, monitor the implementation of plan projects, and continuously monitor their indicators. 2- Distribute teaching burden and assignments among faculty members, lecturers, and teaching assistants, and submit them to the department council or the college council with a unified program for approval. 3- Review schedules, audit them, and ensure that courses with low student enrollment numbers are not offered in multiple sections 4- Prepare the semester examination schedule and submit it to the department council or the college council with a unified program for approval. 5- Allocate examination rooms and invigilators in the final examination schedule, ensuring that classrooms are properly equipped with chairs, lighting, and air conditioning. 6- Monitor invigilators' attendance during exams and provide substitutes in case of emergencies. 7- Receive exam questions and student lists from course instructors and deliver them to the examination committees. 8- Receive answer sheets and signature sheets from the examination committees and deliver them to the course instructor. 9- Provide a daily report on the progress of the final examinations and submit it for approval to the department head or the relevant college’s vice dean for unified programs. 10- Provide different types of answer sheets according to the exam format (automated grading, answer booklet, answering directly on the sheets, etc.). 11- Prepare the final examination report and submit it to the department council or the college council with a unified program for approval. 12- Prepare monitoring reports and the annual report on the implementation of the operational plan, including the improvement plan for the following year. 13- Accomplish all tasks assigned to the committee, study all matters referred to it, and submit appropriate proposals or make decisions within the granted or delegated authority of the committee. |
