Overview
The department, through the Curriculum and Syllabus Committee, aims to develop the curricula and study plans within the department in line with the quality standards and accreditation practices adopted by the university.

Tasks and Responsibilities of the Committee

1- Preparing the annual operational plan for the committee according to the specified templates, with continuous monitoring of plan projects' implementation and tracking their indicators.
2- Reviewing the existing or developed curricula and ensuring their compliance with all required elements and standards.
3- Conducting a survey study on the alignment between market demands and the program's requirements.
4- Reviewing the current curriculum and its outcomes, and monitoring its development and updates according to global requirements and the job market.
5- Ensuring the curriculum's compliance with the standards of the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation (NCAAA) and its approval for the specified procedures by the Permanent Committee for Curricula.
6- Keeping copies of the plans and documents related to the program.
7- Developing and updating the vocabulary of books and scientific references, analyzing the books related to program courses, studying the structure of the books, the interconnectedness of their content, their suitability for students, their coherence, and their alignment with the prescribed curricula.
8- Proposing arbitrators for the updated curricula in coordination with the Deanship of Development and Quality.
9- Preparing follow-up reports and the annual report on the implementation of the operational plan, including the improvement plan for the following year.
10- Completing all assigned tasks related to the committee's responsibilities, studying all referred matters, and submitting appropriate proposals regarding them.
