OverviewThe committee is responsible for overseeing all activities related to quality within the department. This committee plans and implements development and quality activities, completes program accreditation requirements, provides evidence and documentation for standards, prepares files for standards and measurement tools, and monitors the performance indicators of the program. |

Tasks and Responsibilities of the Committee 1- Prepare the annual operational plan for the committee according to the specified Modules, monitor the implementation of plan projects, and continuously monitor their indicators. 2- Plan and implement annual and periodic evaluation activities for the program, monitor the implementation of continuous improvement plans and quality 3- Plan to raise awareness among program staff about updates in the field of development and accreditation in coordination with the Development and Quality Deanship. 4- Provide evidence and documentation of the standards. 5- Prepare, document, classify, and organize files for the standards according to the included practices. 6- Develop measurement tools and monitor the performance indicators in coordination with the university's performance measurement unit. 7- Plan and conduct the self-study of the program by the standards committees. 8- Complete the document of the criteria of the standards. 9- Write the self-study report and the annual program report. 10- Monitor and review the program and course descriptions according to the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation (NCAAA) modules. 11- Monitor the preparation and review of course reports and compliance. 12- Identify and propose indicators specific to the standards. 13- Prepare benchmark comparisons for the indicators. 14- Submit recommendations to the department council based on the reports and their outcomes, and ensure the implementation of the recommendations. 15- Prepare monitoring reports and the annual report on the implementation of the operational plan, including the improvement plan for the following year. 16- Accomplish all tasks assigned to the committee, study all matters referred to it, and submit appropriate proposals regarding them. |
