Overview
The department aims to establish this committee to prepare and create the final program assessment test according to the specifications table for measuring the program's learning outcomes, correcting the test results, and submitting the test report to the department's administration. The committee members and their tasks are as follows:

Tasks and Responsibilities of the Committee

1- Preparing the annual operational plan for the committee according to the specified templates, including monitoring the implementation of plan projects and continuously monitoring their indicators.
2- Developing the question blueprint matrix to measure the program's learning outcomes using multiple-choice questions.
3- Creating the final program assessment test according to the specifications table.
4- Preparing pilot questions to study their alignment in terms of difficulty level and discrimination for inclusion in the test question bank.
5- Raising awareness among faculty members and students about the test and its importance.
6- Establishing motivational incentives for test participation (such as recommendation letters and priority appreciation in selecting training placements, etc.).
7- Proposing to the department/faculty council the test date and announcing it after approval and coordinating with the entity responsible for examination affairs in the department/faculty.
8- Correcting the test results and coordinating with the entity responsible for result evaluation in the department/faculty to prepare the item analysis report.
9- Submitting a report on the results to the department/faculty council for discussion and necessary actions, and submitting a copy of the report to the permanent committee for professional and final program exams at the University's Educational Affairs Agency.
10- Coordinating with the program's development and quality committee to conduct internal and external comparisons of the results.
11- Informing the student of their test results after they are approved by the department chair and the college dean.
12- Completing any tasks related to the final program assessment test as required.
13- Preparing follow-up reports and the annual report on the implementation of the operational plan, including the improvement plan for the following year.
14- Accomplishing all assigned tasks related to the committee, studying all referred matters, and submitting appropriate proposals regarding them.
