Cooperative Training, Excellence, and Alumni Committee Overview Through forming this committee, the department aims to develop a timeline for cooperative training programs, establish the regulatory framework for them, evaluate student performance, and maintain effective communication with cooperative training institutions. Additionally, the committee is responsible for compiling data and statistics on program graduates and their employment rates, as well as equipping graduates with the necessary abilities and skills to compete in the job market through specialized training courses. Tasks and Responsibilities of the Committee 1- Preparing the annual operational plan for the committee according to the specified templates, with continuous monitoring of the plan's projects and monitoring their indicators. 2- Developing the regulatory framework for cooperative training/internship programs and establishing specific mechanisms and models for it. 3- Developing an annual timeline for cooperative training/internship programs in collaboration with external entities. 4- Establishing communication channels with external entities to achieve the goals of cooperative training plans. 5- Familiarizing students and training institutions with the objectives, requirements, and evaluation methods of cooperative training/internship programs. 6- Developing quarterly/annual plans for cooperative training programs in coordination and cooperation with relevant external entities. 7- Maintaining effective communication with external entities through opening efficient communication channels to achieve the goals of the cooperative training plan. 8- Evaluating student performance and collaborating with cooperative training/internship entities, addressing obstacles that hinder training processes, and working to overcome barriers and maximize achievements. 9- Analyzing data and statistics of program graduates and their employment rates based on the data provided by the specialized authority in the university's educational affairs agency. 10- Conducting surveys among graduates to identify developmental and training needs, preparing a plan for events and training activities for graduates, implementing it, and equipping them with the necessary abilities and skills to compete in the job market. 11- Familiarizing graduates with professional organizations and professional exams in their respective fields of specialization. 12- Familiarizing senior students and graduates with various electronic platforms and tools to search for professional training and employment opportunities. 13- Activating communication with college graduates and benefiting from their experiences. 14- Preparing the semester report for program graduates. 15- Coordinating with the Alumni Unit in the university's educational affairs agency. 16- Preparing follow-up reports and an annual report on the implementation of the operational plan, including an improvement plan for the following year. 17- Accomplishing all tasks assigned to the committee related to its responsibilities, studying all matters referred to it, and submitting appropriate proposals regarding them. |
