Student Activities Committee.

About the committee:

Through deliberate programmes and plans, this committee seeks to discover and promote students’ talents and motivate them to achieve creativity in student activities and develop their abilities to achieve the ideal student personality through organising cultural, social, sports, religious and artistic activities.

Committee objectives :

1- Creating an environment conducive to creativity and innovation.

2- Paying attention to students’ cultural and social talents.

3- Developing the spirit of volunteerism and cooperation among students.

4- Invest free time in purposeful and useful programs.

5- Developing leadership skills, responsibility, and communicating with others.

6- Developing national sentiment through disseminating initiatives and seminars.

 Committee Tasks:

1- Supervising students’ extracurricular activities and preparing the annual activities plan.

2- Proposing the budget required for the disbursement of the activity in accordance with the plans of the activity in question.

3- Organising and participating in students’ extracurricular activities.

4- Preparing the committee’s annual operational plan according to the models specified for that, with ongoing monitoring of the implementation of the plans, projects and its indicators. 

5- Determine time plans for all activities in a manner consistent with the students’ schedules.

6- Involving students in the work and activities of the department in proportion to their abilities.

7. Arranging and supervising the final ceremony of the department’s activities.
