Community Service Committee.
About the committee:
The Community Service Committee works to provide community and volunteer services in response to community needs.
Committee Objectives:
1- keeping pace with developments in the field of rapid societal change, resulting in changing and renewed societal problems and needs and reflections on all aspects of community life require professional intervention based on the best science of community action.
2- Encouraging faculty members and students to engage in community activities.
3- Contributing to developing the skills and capabilities of local community members through organising courses and forums.
4- Developing a culture of volunteer and community work among department employees.
5- Opening channels of communication with institutions related to the work of the committee.
Committee Tasks:
1. Provision of specialised courses for members of the community.
2. Provision of voluntary initiatives and actions within and outside the College.
3. Organisation of the Annual Alumni Employment Forum in coordination with government and private institutions.
