Program mission and objectives

Program mission:
Graduated students with master's degrees in executive business management and provided them with applied knowledge, skills and managerial capabilities to manage their organizations with a high level of professionalism that contributes to success and excellence per Islamic principles.

Program objectives:
1- Providing the student with the administrative knowledge and concepts in the field of business administration.
2- Providing the student with performance development and problem-solving skills in the field of business administration.
3- Developing the student’s leadership capabilities in the field of private and public sector management.
4- Equipping the student with investigative and practical research abilities in the area of business administration

5- Training the student to use modern methods, applied models, and scientific software in the field of business administration.

The program's creation was justified by a number of considerations, including::

  1- Fulfilling society's essential need to foster leadership potential and to improve behaviour and thought patterns.
2. The need for such a programme to prepare the workforce to stay up with these improvements stems from the rapid advancements in technology and cognition and their effects on the business environment.
3. As shown in the Kingdom's Vision 2030, the growing influence of enhancing individual skills on the economy, cultural development, and development as a whole, as well as the role this plays in influencing national policy.
4-Supporting in the achievement of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 through the training and qualification of cadres and administrative leaders who support the nation and its people.
5-Education and learning constitute the basic building blocks for building and achieving the axes of Vision 2030, which is to build “a vibrant society, a prosperous economy, and an ambitious nation.”
6- The program works to achieve the goals of the university and college by contributing to meeting the needs of the employment sectors and the labour market for qualified national cadres and leaders.

Two years.

  Four levels of study.

Number of credit hours :
(45) credit hours.

Requirements for joining the program:
1-The applicant must be a Saudi or have the approval of the competent authority for non-Saudis.
2- The applicant must have a university degree from a Saudi university or another university recognised by the relevant authorities.
3- Any other conditions deemed appropriate by the department.
