Historical Background of The Program The department offers a comprehensive program in accounting for both male and female sections. It covers the essential knowledge and skills required for practicing accounting in business organizations. The program grants a Bachelor's degree in Accounting upon completion of 126 credit hours, distributed among the university, college, and major requirements, in addition to practical training. The curriculum of the program focuses on scientific knowledge, cognitive skills, and proficiency through practical training, as well as diversifying teaching and assessment strategies in the program. One of the reasons of establishing the program is the growing need of Saudi society in general and Najran community in particular for specialists in business administration fields. |
