Examinations and Electronic Correction Committee

Objectives of the Committee:
This committee aims to organize and supervise the process of examinations, striving to enhance its mechanisms and focusing on all aspects related to examinations and electronic correction.

Committee's Tasks:
1. Supervising the management of mid-term and final examinations.
2. Forming schedules for mid-term and final exams and alternative exams.
3. Overseeing the implementation of the examination process, both in-person and electronically.
4. Assigning invigilators for final exams.
5. Supervising receiving and delivering final exam questions from other colleges.
6. Monitoring reports on the progress of exams in the scientific departments.
7. Receive reports on cheating incidents and forward them to the relevant authorities for disciplinary action.
8. Monitor the work of sub-committees and receive exam results from coordinators in the scientific departments.
