First: how to conduct scientific meetings
The meeting time is divided into five stages:
First: The program supervising committee shall determine the meeting and the chairman of the committee, mentioning his biography and scientific outputs.
Second: The head of the meeting shall be acquainted with the newcomers.
Third: Two faculty members present their thesis for 15 minutes to each speaker.
Fourth: One of the lecturers shall present a summary of his thesis submitted for the master's degree, for a period of (10) minutes.
Fifth: Theses are discussed for a period of (15) minutes.
Second: The nature of attending scientific meetings
- The meeting shall be attended by all the faculty members, including professors, demonstrators, and lecturers.
- The attendance list shall be signed at each meeting.
- The students who attend are assigned to present abstracts and reports on scientific theses.
