Specification of Tasks
1. Coordinating to welcome freshmen from the competent departments.
2. Fulfilling all occupational procedures to freshmen and following-up their completion with the recruitment office.
3. Following-up the completion of all financial receivables of faculty members and personnel.
4. Following-up receipt and delivery of passports in case of faculty members' traveling and return.
5. Following-up the renewal of proofs of residence.
6. Creating a database of the College's faculty members and personnel.
7. Creating files of each department at the College to include any data of the members of Department.
8. Organizing events, entertainment, cultural, and social activities dedicated to the College's faculty members and personnel.
9. Any other assignments by the administration.
